FWIW I don't really have a dog in this fight and I'm not "taking sides", I just thought this post didn't really make any sense.
You know half a dozen of one or three quarters of 14... someone says they are looking to major in computer science, you wouldn't recommend the BSBA in CIS and say it is equal to a computer science degree. Just trying to say that I did not mean you have to take CS to be a software developer, but know what each degree will prepare you for.
It seemed like people were giving perfectly sound advice, I was agreeing but maybe not explaining myself too well. I'm not here to fight or argue with anyone.
