Fire and Rescue Training Center, University of Missouri Extension offers a few things:
MU FRTI - Online Classes

Intro to Emergency Management for Fire Service, 1 semester hour, $50
Principles of Building Construction: Combustible, 1 semester hour, $50
Principles of Building Construction: Noncombustible, 1 semester hour, $50

(I know someone mentioned that one before, but it's been a while)
BA, MA, EdS, MMT, etc.
83 hours of ACE-worthy credits
