I can't find the answer on the site, but I went ahead and bought the CLEP and it doesn't seem to be an option other than a local testing facility.

if you go to the page I linked and scroll down to

Schedule test day.
Contact your Test Center >

and click on the arrow
it takes you to a new page where you have to select a test center

so that answers it for you
