Answered one of my own questions, they accept NCCRS

These recommendations are based upon the American Council on Education (ACE) and/or the National College Credit Recommendation Service (NCCRS) evaluations of training and education programs. Credit recommendations are published for programs that have been evaluated as college-level. ACE provides credit recommendations for standardized military training and education programs that have been deemed equivalent and worthy of college credit.
