I am currently leaning towards TESU. It appears that the BSBA in General Management might be the best path to take.

Just be aware that you will probably only get the following credits:
ORAL COMM REQUIREMENT - Public Speaking 3cr
DIVERSITY REQUIREMENT - Intro to Sociology 3cr

KNOWLEDGE OF HUMAN CULTURES:
Fundamentals of Communication 3cr
Communication Skills I 2cr
Communication Skills II 2cr

GEN ED ELECTIVES
General Psych 3cr
Encounters in Humanities 3cr

PROF BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS
Macroeconomics 3cr

AREA OF STUDY: GENERAL MANAGEMENT (not sure which area these will fall into)
Purchasing & Cost Control 3cr
Hospitality Management 4cr

Anything having to do with food, wine, culinary arts, etc will be lost as there is nowhere for them to go in this plan. They are not considered Gen Ed's, so would be Free Electives, and so you can only use 6cr of them in this area.

So, I'm guessing that you will get 32cr out of the deal.
