In a liberal studies program, hardly any of your culinary and hospitality courses will fall into the major. COSC's BA/BS in General Studies with a concentration in Individualized Studies will probably make the best use of your credits. If you want a more useful degree, as I said previously, you could opt for TESU's BSBA with a learner-designed concentration in hospitality management...that is if TESU won't tell you that the degree is too much like the BSPS with a similar concentration.
The BSPS and BSBA LDAS will pose problems for you because you'll need upper level credits in hospitality/culinary arts that aren't easy to find cheaply.
