So right off the bat, TESU doesn't offer a dual degree in Business and Psych. You would have to choose one or the other. After your first degree was conferred, you'd need to get 24 courses in the major, and you could get a second degree if you wanted to. I can do a spreadsheet for each option.
Patten does offer a Psych degree, with a concentration in Industrial-Organization that might work.
Not sure on COSC and EC.
If you like taking exams, right now DavarAcademy.com is having a great deal - $99 for as many exams as you can take in June (plus proctoring fees per exam). You need to sign up and pay the $99 by June 8th, and then you can download all of the course materials and study for any exam that you want. You take them at home, using an online proctor service (either ProctorU $25/exam or RPnow $15/exam). For a business degree, you could take core courses: Accounting for Management, Macroeconomics, International Management, Managerial Communications, Intro to Computers, Intro to Finance; and Area os Study elective courses: MIS, Multinational Business Finance, Corporate Finance, Principles of Sales. As well as Gen Ed's: Public Speaking and College Algebra (both required). Be aware that Davar isn't all multiple choice for all exams - some have short essays as well, so they're not like CLEP/DSST exams. But, if you're a good test-taker, it could be worth it for you to do some of these.
There are also other course providers you can use; Straighterline and Study.com are fan favorites around here. You need to sign up and take a couple of courses through Study.com to get some huge savings through their affiliate program. And Study.com is a partner of TESU's and will send transcripts directly without any fees which is a great savings.
