OP, is Biology the only option that allows for a transitional license or are the other sciences an option? In regards to WGU, is there an option for you to take LOA for a term to finish a teaching requirement? If you take summer term for example, finish the general requirements and take a LOA to get the remainder of your teaching requirements done.
If you want to get the UL courses, apply to a local 4 year college or university and see if you can take any of their classes online, transfer them to TESU or finish there instead.
