Is it only SL/Shmoop who got Open book finals or do other sites have that as well?

Only ones available are from the FREE sources of credit list (11 credits total) and StraighterLine, Shmoop.
If you're going for a BALS, get those FREE credits along with as many open book SL/Shmoop you can get.

The Federal Income Tax TECEP at TESU is open book.

This is the only exception as the test requires the current years "Income Tax Forms" and there too many fields to enter data.
This is a required course if you are going for the BSBA Finance - All other TECEPS I have seen are closed book.
