What would you put if it's an MOOC, not CEU? Just "course"?

You can put whatever you want.

I specifically use the phrase "relevant professional development" because I'm picking and choosing what I put. That isn't "everything" I have taken, it's just what I think is relevant. If it's just a course, you could leave off the CEU part - I put that in there because I have it. If it was just a course without some kind of verification, I probably wouldn't have it on there since I DO have courses with verification. I guess what I'm saying is to put your best on your resume/cv whatever that is. If you're scraping together MOOCs then it's still professional development imo. A long time ago when I was a culinary student/apprentice, it was customary to include seminars attended at conventions - especially if the presenter was very famous in my field (example- a Certified Master Chef) but again, that's because I didn't have much else to fill the page. As I collected better credentials, especially newer ones, those began to drop off. Let's face it, if I list a 2-hour seminar I attended in 1988, it makes me look like a crazy person.
