The discreet math may have just been an oversight on their part. Definitely worth inquiring about unless he's already transferring in a bunch of other math courses.

SDC lib sci would definitely be the quickest and easiest way to satisfy info lit since he's already done(besides the final). The other courses don't look like they'd satisfy it but I'm no expert.

I'm not sure if they will still waive the cornerstone but it's absolutely worth asking about. Another option is you could ask if the "foundations of online learning" under other courses could take it's place. It doesn't hurt to ask and they may be willing to be flexible to accommodate his situation.
