Received TESU Evaluation report | BABA CIS

I applied for the TESU BSBA - CIS month back and got the evaluation report today. They've accepted 57 credits and applied. 17 credits I got it from SL and CSM, yet to send the transcript. 

Will they accept Introduction to Religion (SL) for Civic and Global Learning (Diversity)?

What are all the upper-level credit courses available for CIS?

I need to do 14 courses + SOS110 + Capstone. It will cost 6600$, Is it worth? If I do BS - ITM from WGU, it will cost only about 4500-500$. 

Shall I do BSBA CIS & BS IT from TESU? Will it reduce costs?
