Trump "University" wasn't an actual university in that it wasn't accredited or anything - the just offered courses in real estate and whatnot.  And, I don't think Trump was much involved - he just let them use his name and branding.

So, you can open an "informal" educaction institue in US by using the term "university" in the name, it is allowed??
