How many courses have you taken with TESU? Can you email them for Academic Forgiveness, I forget if they do or don't offer this option...? If these are F grades, you can retake them and the grades will be upgraded/updated with the newest score, it's the only way to get a better internal GPA. You need a 2.0 for undergrad and a 3.0 for graduate studies to graduate with a degree.

Overall GPA is the external GPA from all sources you've taken them, example - college/university, not the CLEP/ACE/NCCRS. This GPA is only for their record to see what your overall GPA is, it is not going to affect anything at TESU. For those who have a ZF grade, that stays with the academic evaluation forever... <gasp> and the ZF grade means failure due to violation (academic violation, ex, cheating).
