By the way, it's not a thing with SDC because they use RPNow but ProctorU does generally require that you're able to hear the proctor on the other end. It's something to keep in mind for the future. I don't know what kind of accommodations you'll be able to get with ProctorU.
I think with ProctorU having to hear the Proctor maybe Proctor specific. I had to do an exam recently and for whatever reason I couldn't hear her, but she could hear me. If she needed me to something she'd wave to get my attention and then type. It was worked. (Or my proctor was just really nice and wanted to let me take my test).
