Excelsior can be hard to fill ULs for these days. But it's worth applying just to see what, if any, ULs they give you. I definitely suggest TESU, at the very least, to see how close you are to being done. TESU lets you take the capstone and cornerstone simultaneously while COSC does not. It'll take you longer with COSC (at least 2x as long).
