You can ask them. They said their sophia-equivalent general ed courses are the same. That means other 200 and 300 level courses won't be too difficult either. No one on this forum has tried yet I guess... I will buy one subscription term for $2500 and see what happens. However, you're right about writing requirements. They said they take two days to review a writing assignments. So you want to take English writing courses at the last. They can take longer than other courses due to instructors taking two days per each review.
It's not just English which will have papers. I haven't attended Capella, but I've looked at their CBE program for grad school and there is a lot of writing in that.
