No, the point is to redo something that you've already done. For instance, if you did English Comp through Sophia, either take the TECEP(s) or do English Comp through TEL Learning. Right now, it's not about filling in the blanks but about triaging what you have.
In your case, redoing three basic LL classes with TECEPs/TEL Learning is going to be cheaper and faster than filling in the blanks with RA credits.
