Question for folks with Sophia courses missing from Acclaim transcripts

Where on Sophia are you seeing the badge buttons?

On your home page, where your completed courses are listed.

I see it now. Unfortunately I don't have that option on my previous Sophia courses.

Yeah, it's a big mess. I was lucky enough to get 15 of my 17 badges, but I wish the missing two were the 1-credit ones instead! 

Get on the live chat if you can, and ask them to get IT to add your badges manually. You might not get them all, but it's a start.

Thanks. I did that and they said they put in the request which takes 3-5 days. I guess that's normal? I only have 4 that I need to get transferred. Might be easier to retake them if it becomes an issue.
