I currently reside in Europe, but I've once inquired about 100% online degrees in India. At the time (this was around 2019), a two-year Master of Social Work at Assam Don Bosco University had a $6,000 USD approximate total price tag. It could be done in totally online format. However, you could potentially face some issues with recognition in the U.S. You'd have to inquire about the possible treatment of foreign 100% online social work degrees.
