The absolute easiest math courses are Sophia's Algebra and/or Statistics. They're both open-book and well-written. Several students here have been able to finish one or both of them in spite of being bad at math or thinking that they are bad at math. If you do Statistics, make sure you watch the videos and don't just read the text. It will be much easier that way.
