Can someone confirm the 7 year rule for the BSBA AOS is no longer applicable? Or is it still applicable?

Within the BSBA Areas of Study, up to 50 percent of the courses in the area of study may be older than 10 years from the most current date of application to the University. The remaining area of study credits must be current, completed within 10 years of the most current date of application to the University.

So, if you have 9cr of AoS that's older than 10 years, you're fine - but if you have more than 9cr, you will have to leave some behind.  

15 UL is only needed right for BSBA right?

Correct.  And the 10yr rule ONLY applied to the AoS - so if you have core courses that are older, you're fine.  And obviously GE won't matter.
