Generally, you earn all your alt credits first, then enroll and bring them all in. I don't know why you would want to enroll with zero credits?
They may let you enroll bring in some credits and give you some time to bring in additional credits though this time is not unlimited and they are going to pressure you to put down a deposit or else you lose your enrollment.
With the latest IT cert credit changes, enrolling ASAP and bringing in your certs would be a good idea. If someone has advice on what is the earliest you can enroll and what is the maximum time they give you to hold your credits/degree plan before you start your term that would be helpful.
