Purdue Global and TESU are the only schools with especially cheap CS or IT degrees. Unfortunately, TESU is making "secret" (it hasn't been announced publically yet) changes on January 1st that mean you won't be able to complete the degree as easily or as cheaply as before. If you list out what credits you already have, we can help you to figure out your best course of action.
You aren't going to be able to erase those F grades unless you retake those exact courses from that exact school, but it may not matter much depending on what they are and what you do going forward.
Actually, Excelsior COULD be an option for an IT degree. With TESU's changes, it might work out to be about the same price. But, again, it depends on what you've already done.
