Forgot about a couple others. First, Peirce. They have Technology Management for $11k + SDC/Sophia or an IT degree for $20k + SDC/Sophia. https://degreeforum.miraheze.org/wiki/Sa...ee_Roadmap
Then there is NAU. They are competency-based and they have an IT degree. But they accept almost no transfer credits. They do claim to accept ACE credits, but (at best) they really only accept SOME CLEP exams. https://nau.edu/online-innovative-educat...e-degrees/ They appear to have removed their tuition info from the site, but it was $3000 per 6 months when it was last available. They do have this page: https://nau.edu/paying-for-college/tuition-and-fees/ but it's unclear if the "Online Tuition" is the estimate for the per-credit degrees or for the competency-based programs.
If you are IN THE USA (some Canadians MAY be able to attend ASU), there is also WGU. That is competency-based and they do allow up to 90 credits in transfer. But they don't have many gen eds (so what you've already completed may not fully transfer). We do have degree plans for different WGU IT-based degrees on the wiki here: https://degreeforum.miraheze.org/wiki/Category:WGU
