Good News they response me my advisor was wrong the course just need to be completed before December 31 2021
we all have 11 days to finish this courses.
My advisor told me I need to send the transcript before December 31 his was wrong.

That is correct, the course must be completed by 12/31/2021 in order to be able to transfer as it was recently deemed to no longer be transferrable to TESU. So if you can complete that course by 12/31/2021 then it is fine, but otherwise you should not take the course.
