I think that's a good idea. I don't know much about SNHU myself. I know it became less popular around here when some free/reduced price tuition program was ended, though.
A quick poke about the SNHU Reddit shows that they do accept SDC credits. This document also says that they'll evaluate ANY ACE credit, which also opens up the possibility of Saylor. Perhaps someone could email them under the guise of an interested student or student's parent and possibly get more information that way.
