ACEI does allow students to upload documents securely instead of having to mail them in. We found out about this when students wanted credits from Finland (XAMK) evaluated, but Finnish schools don't even send paper transcripts these days! ACEI is the first/only evaluator that allows the students to upload XAMK's secure, digitally signed, documents to their platform instead of requiring paper documents to be sent to them.
