I agree, TAMUC is my recommendation as well. This is why I asked about the amount of time the OP has dedicated to studies and their commitments.
If it was anything 4 hours or so, Competency Based degrees may be a better option as they can use the time to prepare for exams or complete assessments and assignments faster.
If they had more time, even better as 4 would have been my threshold, anything less I would have recommended the Big 3 for max transfer.
