Definitely go for TAMUC if you qualify for in-state tuition. That's what I'm planning on doing. $750 per term is worth it even if the program ends up having some flaws. Like @LevelUP said, it's much less of a gamble when it's that cheap.
I'm with Rachel about sending off your transcripts to Pierpont when you finish those two courses. Not sure if you'll be 100% complete, but at least you'll know where you stand.
