@learningthehardway - COSC, Excelsior, TESU require you to have 6-7 credits through them, not the 30 you're referring to. You can transfer in all your credits, again - as I mentioned in the other thread, you're stuck at deciding on the school for max transfers. Don't dwell on that, I mentioned if you have energy, time on your hands and no commitments - UMPI is the option best for you. Having said that, if you're working full time, married, have kids and other commitments, taking the ACE/NCCRS route with COSC, Excelsior or TESU is your best bet. You have the 21 RA credits already, COSC/TESU only requires 30 in TOTAL, 6 coming from them.
