I did a little digging on Guglielmo Marconi and it is a legit university with legit qualifications.  It is listed in some popular world rankings, particularly in Physics.  Most importantly, I saw them listed in my company's (one of the top Canadian companies) list of recognized universities (that don't require any credential evaluation).  My company excludes legit accredited (but low ranked) schools from the US so the fact that GMU is there is actually surprising to me.

The Masters in Computer Science is currently being updated, thats why it wasnt mentioned in the OP. As of now theres no ETA given by the faculty.
