Guglielmo Marconi University has the following second level masters offerings,

These should be RA equivalent as I believe Guglielmo Marconi University is recognized by the Ministry of Education, that's a pretty good price range at $4500 to $8000 USD. I'm curious, what's the difference between a first and second level Masters? Is it that a first level should be a Bachelors and a second level is the Masters? I did a little digging on Guglielmo Marconi and it is a legit university with legit qualifications.  It is listed in some popular world rankings, particularly in Physics.  Most importantly, I saw them listed in my company's (one of the top Canadian companies) list of recognized universities (that don't require any credential evaluation).  My company excludes legit accredited (but low ranked) schools from the US so the fact that GMU is there is actually surprising to me.

The Masters in Computer Science is currently being updated, thats why it wasnt mentioned in the OP. As of now theres no ETA given by the faculty. 

If there are any other programs that interest you, let me know and I can get you a discount.

Oh, that's good to know, some programs go through revisions to make it more current or updated to meet some other criterion... Basically, for me, I am only interested in the Computer Science and Data Science options... I looked at their course list, it's basically 5 modules, with varying credits for each module.
