Either way, my wife received hers yesterday and it was just the paper diploma and the congratulatory letter.
It's a folder, and a very flimsy one at that. I'm keeping everything in the envelope, for now.

EDIT: I just noticed that there are slits on each corner where you can put in the diploma. It's nice but it's still flimsy.
