One can get a basic understand of that by taking a Saylor.org course for $5, and take a few Study.com courses that touch up on the 4 courses they have, these would be great additions as Entrepreneurship is a new concentration area...
It's not the same thing, but customer service skills are built by experience and improvement, I think it's more hands on than what can be really "taught" by taking these respective courses, alternative courses would teach about the same material but at a significantly more affordable price. It's great they offer this, but I don't think anyone will take these unless it's bundled with the degree...not the cert alone.
With strategic planning one can complete a certificate at the same time they're completing their degree at Amberton. I have classmates who will complete 2 or 3 certificates by the time they finish their master's degree. They're really designed to go hand and hand with their degree programs. They're also free meaning there's no application fee or graduation fees attached to them for students.
