YouTube keeps recommending this guy's videos to me, and of course I keep clicking like a fool. In a video released in JULY of THIS YEAR, he recommends "Excelsior College Examinations". I'd be willing to accept that he missed that these exams are no longer being offered, because that was a sudden change that was barely telegraphed to anyone. I'm less willing to overlook the wrong name. They haven't been ECEs in years and years.
