I think by moving to the new proctoring system, everything may have transitioned to an automated system as well for grading. It's a good change if the badges are issues in 48 hours or less. Wow, for $5, and if you know the subject matter well enough, it is inexpensive credits.
BTW, I noticed the both of you did Customer Service exam at Saylor... Was that used part of your degree? Or is it just for the credits/knowledge? I don't remember when they added it, seems like a "newer" course.
