UMPI allows this, without 30 extra credits (you just need to complete both majors)

This isn't 100% true for UMPI. If you are completing the BLS first, then you need to graduate, apply again, and then complete an additional 30 credits for the second bachelor's degree. You won't have to complete the GEC or general electives again.
