She was added as an admin later on. If anyone tries to help the graduates who haven't gotten their diplomas, their comments will be removed. VUL doesn't want anyone filing complaints with outside agencies, but if the school has been unresponsive, that's what people have to do. There's no excuse for not mailing out people's diplomas. It's not a hard task.

Have they at least gotten their transcripts to show that they've graduated?

Oh that is not cool! I had not seen that happening, but wow. Not cool at all.

Printing diplomas is a piece of cake! Most are printed on a standard office printer today. It's really easy to open the paper tray and switch out the paper. I am kind of wondering if they are in more serious financial trouble than they are letting on.

There was someone who asked for their transcript and it said they completed a master's degree not the doctorate! They had to fight to get it corrected. It sounds like a complete mess.

Wow! The most important thing is receiving the transcript that says the doctorate was completed, but I'd be angry if I didn't also receive my diploma almost a year after graduating. I also found out that, if you don’t have financial aid set up, they require you to make your first installment payment before sending a letter of acceptance. That's very...unorthodox. I've attended many schools and was never required to make a payment or show proof of having financial aid before being officially informed that I was accepted.
