For TESU - The 90 Alt-credits (ACE, NCCRS, CLEP, etc) limit is per degree (bachelor specifically) You can bring in more than 90, as you most likely would having a double major or multiple degrees. Think of it more as the bachelor degree(s) each require 30 RA (vs not more than 90 Alt Credits); with a 15 RA requirement for an associates. Many (most) of these RA or Alt Credits can be shared among the degrees, but not all - which is why with a double degree or major you'll need more than 120 credits (which would be the 30RA/90Alt for most TESU single bachelor plans here)
In addition to the RA soures LevelUP referenced above (which are just some of the common used here) you have CCs and other RA schools.
