Just based on the little you've provided in this image, it appears that you've ran page 3 of this PDF through an online paraphraser, and didn't adjust the settings enough to create work that would fool anyone who grades papers for a living and has a wide swath of plagiarism checking tools available to them.

She has a pretty clear case against you.
I was just about to post this and ask if it was one of the three examples the professor mentioned in the attachment.
I wonder if this was the OP's first college-level course and the definition of plagiarism isn't so clear-cut to them.
