Please help me plan my Gen Ed courses for a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics at SNHU
#2
They've changed their GE several times in the last few years, and I find that very annoying. Anywho, you can choose some but not all:

Probably only available at SNHU:
Cornerstone Social Justice (CSOJ)
Cornerstone Humanities (CHUM)
Cornerstone Sustainability (CSST)
Culmination Experience (CLME)

Unclear if you can take these at Sophia (don't match up perfectly):
Cornerstone English (CENG) x2
Ethical Though and Equity and Their Importance in Decision Making (EETH)
Historical Perspectives as Expressed and Lived by Various Past and/or Present Societies (EHPS)
Two courses from any of the five Exploration categories (EETH, ECCE, EHPS, ESMF, ESPE)

Sophia courses are available (perfect matches):
Cornerstone Math (CMAT) - Calculus & Intro to Stats both work for sure
Creative and Critical Expression Across Diverse Social, Cultural, and Historical Contexts (ECCE) - Public Speaking
Scientific and Mathematical Fluencies and Their Importance in Evaluating Problems and Creating Solutions (ESMF) - Human Biology
Roles of Social, Political, Psychological, and Economic Contexts in Shaping the Self in Society (ESPE) - Macroeconomics, Microeconomics

They also say that they take Study.com, SL, CLEP, and DSST commonly - so there's some hope. But there's no way to know up front what they will take. Your best bet is to take a couple of months to do as many Sophia courses as you possibly can, apply, get an eval, and see what happens. Worst case is that they don't take much and you're out a couple hundred bucks, and you can then re-evaluate your options; best base is they take everything and you're left with exactly 30cr to take at SNHU.

Honestly, I think you're probably better off somewhere else if they don't take your credits, since it's a mighty expensive degree with a lot more than 30cr remaining. You could take a couple of the UL math courses and transfer them to TESU instead, and it would cost far less.
