Yes, it's proctored... Most of the details on the exam would be based on the entire course (chapter quizzes), you can always do the practice exams and see how it goes before you do the final exam. Again, it's really a score of 210 you need, anything lower would not get you ACE credit recommendation, anything higher will get the ACE credit.
