...and, today I just realized with an email from ACEI that Metropolia doesn't seem to sign or stamp official transcript of records. This is troublesome because there's no way to verify their legitimacy and ACEI wasn't accepting the transcript of records I uploaded (they required that I upload something to start the application). Here's what the transcript of record says at the bottom of it:

I emailed them back to see if they would accept the transcript of records as official if I had Metropolia send them directly and ACEI simply said to have them email them the transcript of records directly to their email. I already sent an email to Metropolia to send the official transcript of records directly to ACEI's email and I will see if they still accept the transcript of records as official and if they're willing to evaluate it, even without a stamp or signature.

It's quite weird that Metropolia wouldn't sign or stamp the official transcript of records to have some way of indicating that it's official and be verified, but I hope that having them send the transcript of records directly to ACEI works.
