I came across this on emagister, a free doctorate program from Universidad Internacional Menéndez y Pelayo (UIMP). From what it says on the website it sounds like you have to be in Madrid to take advantage of it. I requested more information and will ask if it can be done online when they reply. I'm guessing that the school is not great, but if you're close to Madrid it's hard to argue with free. https://www.emagister.com/programa-docto...371373.htm
