I ended up calling WGU an enrollment counselor who was very helpful. She told me that my province + city are approved so I can apply for admission. She also said as long as I have proof of high school graduation (can also give my college transcript; she said it's fine even it's old, they may still take a look for credits) and proof of completion for a related certificate or 300+ level course, my admission will be accepted.
I am excited but also a little bit afraid due to the competency method of pass / fail they use as well as having to take some classes that have always been weaknesses for me, however, being able to attempt a bachelor and beyond is exciting. I may look at masters too, to be honest. If I can overlap and transfer some of the courses to master as well, why not.
