Prerequisite and credit transfer question

"I will be taking business math and accounting at that school instead of the community college." Are the classes you've registered for in the out of state institution going to be added to the transcript for the out of state institution? In other words, will those classes affect the GPA of the new school, not the community college? I ask because, if you're having issues with a community college developmental math class, it's going to be on-par (if not harder) with the class at the new school. Have you thought of ways to learn the material so you can pass?
