If you stick strictly to the letter of the certificate it might be illegal to use the "title" of Master or MBA in most EU-States.
The ENEB Homepage talks about "degrees", but can, as I understand, not issue degrees by itself.
I don't think the wording means anything. In the UK, they don't use the word "diploma"; they use the word "degree certificate". It is just a word of choice. As long as it can be evaluated with NACES/AICE members, it's fine to me.
