That's the one and done solution I would recommend, getting the undergrad and graduate program completed at WGU since they're endorsed in Texas (and several other states). You're going to still try to max your transfer credits using ACE options, so skip the FEMA and other non credit bearing classes, if you were 25, I'd get you to do a more balanced mix/match of the trifecta, certs, degree, experience. Having FEMA certs/courses won't do much in terms of transfer credit, if you were 25 and had less experience, it would be a good 'resume fluffer', again, skip them.
