Just in case you have not been able to get to the sign on page that has this information:
Login doesn't work? Troubleshooting Tips:
Remember, the login is case-sensitive; you must type upper and lower-case exactly as you did on the order form. Click here if you forgot your username/password.
If you're doing everything right, maybe there was a glitch in creating your account. Go here to look up your account, click "Actions" and select "Refresh Password" to reinsert your login details into the database.
If none of these tips work, send us an email at webmaster@instantcert.com
In other words....e-mail the webmaster. He is good at getting back to you with information. The only time I had this happen was at the end of a 6 month subscription. I thought I had a few more days to renew and did not.
